How does all of this actually work?
What does "on-demand" actually mean?
No live teacher at the front of the class, but video instruction on the screen by your reformer. You book through the app, enter with a personal QR code, pick your workout and train independently. The studio is calm and intimate, with no fixed class times or group pressure.
Is this suitable if I've never done reformer before?
Yes. That's what the six weekly guided intake sessions are for - an instructor walks you through settings, springs, basic technique and safety. After one or two intake sessions most members feel confident enough to train on their own.
How do I book a session?
Through the Reforma app. You see a calendar with all open slots and which reformer is free. Booking takes ten seconds. You can book up to roughly four weeks ahead.
How long does a session last?
You book a sixty-minute slot. The workouts themselves run thirty or fifty minutes - pick what fits your day. The extra time is for a calm warm-up and a shower if you like.
Rates, cancelling, pausing.
What does membership cost?
€99 a month on an annual contract (10% off), €109 a month on a monthly contract. Prefer flexibility? Single sessions are €16 or €14 with a 10-session card. See all options on the memberships page.
Can I pause my membership?
On the monthly contract: cancel monthly, stop anytime. On the annual contract: one pause period of up to two months per year - for holiday or injury, for instance.
Is there a sign-up fee?
No. No admin fees, no sign-up fees, no hidden costs. What you see on the memberships page is what you pay.
How do I cancel a booked session?
In the app, up to two hours before your session. After that the session counts against your card or visit. Members on the unlimited plan have a no-show policy: three unannounced no-shows in a month results in a friendly warning.
What to bring, how to park, and other small questions.
What should I bring?
Comfortable sportswear and grip socks (required for safety and hygiene - we can provide them too). A towel and water bottle are recommended. For the showers: your own towel and toiletries.
Is there parking?
Yes. Street parking and a car park are available in the immediate vicinity of the studio. A bike rack at the door comes as standard.
Is an unmanned studio safe?
CCTV, alarm system and automated QR-based access control. Access is only possible during your reserved slot. The space is cleaned daily and technically maintained outside peak hours.
I have an injury / am pregnant / have a condition.
Reformer pilates is generally gentle on the body and is widely used in rehabilitation and prenatal care. Still, we recommend booking a duo or private session (€75) before you start, where a certified instructor guides you toward the workouts and intensity that suit you.
